Scope of services
We provide paint protection film and wrapping, automotive detailing, ceramic coatings, custom graphics, tuning, enclosed vehicle transport and the Alpine Experience package.
Descriptions on this site are informative. The final solution is agreed after assessing the vehicle in the studio.
Bookings and estimates
Bookings are made by phone or email. A price and duration estimate is given after the vehicle is assessed and remains valid under the terms discussed.
Any additional work identified along the way is carried out only with your prior agreement.
Vehicle handover and collection
The condition of the vehicle and any pre-existing defects are recorded at handover. We recommend removing personal and valuable items.
We are not liable for items left in the vehicle.
Warranty
Completed work carries a warranty, on the terms and for the duration communicated at handover, which vary by service type and material used.
The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper use, third-party intervention or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
Prices and payment
Prices are set individually, based on the vehicle, materials and complexity of the work. Accepted payment methods are communicated at booking.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, as permitted by law. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in the paint or treated surfaces noted at handover.
Dispute resolution
Complaints can be sent to office@carvenue.ro and are handled within the period required by law.
Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the SAL alternative dispute resolution platform at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
Changes and governing law
We reserve the right to update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the date of booking.
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts in Brașov.
