What data we process
Identification and contact data (name, phone, email), vehicle data (make, model, identification number, condition), invoicing data, correspondence and, with your consent, photographs of the work.
Browsing the site involves technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited.
Purposes
Booking and delivering services, issuing tax documents, managing warranties, communicating with you, improving the site and, with your consent, promoting our work on our channels.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations such as tax duties (Art. 6(1)(c)), our legitimate interest in defending our rights (Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent for photographs and marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Contractual and tax data are kept for the periods required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted when consent is withdrawn.
Who we share with
Providers that support our operations (accounting, vehicle transport, hosting, IT services), strictly as needed, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
